To make a significant impact on Australian fathers will require an investment of millions of dollars. To bring about massive generational change in Australian fathers will require a one hundred million dollar investment over a ten-year period. This is a small price to pay when you think of the billions of dollars spent in pensions for single mothers and lost time in industry due to family breakdown because of a lack of good fathers. The Fatherhood Foundation believes that Australian dads can be the best in the world within ten years by investing a hundred million dollars.

Growth in Stages
The Fatherhood Foundation needs to grow in size and reach to bring effective change to empower Australia's fathers. Our four stage fundraising plan is to make Australian dads the best in the world over a ten year period. Some have questioned this goal. How can this be done? Many questioned John Flynn, who suggested a plan to cover the outback of Australia with a mantle of safety through the Flying Doctor Service. He had this vision even before the airplanes were invented that were needed to do the job. We believe that the Fatherhood Foundation could well be the catalyst for a social revolution to produce fathers of excellence. Even a 50% reduction in fatherlessness could save Australia billions of dollars in government spending alone, not to mention the change for the better in renewed families and a better future for our children. The Fatherhood Foundation does not presume to be the only answer to fatherlessness in Australia. Many others have pioneered to help Aussie fathers and families, such as authors, public speakers, politicians and other non profit organisations. Together we can make a difference!!
